Cancellation Policy

At The MindShift Solution, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes circumstances arise that require you to reschedule or cancel an appointment. To respect the time and energy of both our clients and coaches, we have outlined the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:

1. Cancellation Notice

24-Hour Notice Required: To ensure that both parties can plan effectively, we kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your session at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to offer your slot to other clients in need of coaching.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds: If you cancel your session more than 24 hours in advance, you will be eligible for a full refund of the session fee. No Refunds for Late Cancellations: If you cancel your session within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, you will not be eligible for a refund. This policy is in place due to the time reserved exclusively for you and the limited availability of our coaches.

3. Rescheduling

Option to Reschedule: If you need to cancel a session, you may reschedule it at no additional cost as long as the cancellation occurs at least 24 hours before the appointment. We will work with you to find an alternative time that fits your schedule.

4. Consecutive Cancellations

Three Consecutive Cancellations: In the event of three consecutive cancellations (whether due to illness, scheduling conflicts, or other reasons), no refund will be issued, and further sessions will be placed on hold until we have a conversation regarding your commitment to the coaching process. This ensures that both you and your coach can move forward in a way that respects everyone’s time and energy.

5. Emergency Cancellations

Unforeseen Circumstances: We understand that emergencies and unexpected events happen. In the case of an emergency (e.g., sudden illness, family emergency), please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you. While we may not be able to offer a full refund for late cancellations, we will discuss options for rescheduling or partial refunds.

6. Failure to Show Up (No-Show)

No-Show Policy: If you do not attend your session and do not provide prior notice of cancellation, you will be marked as a no-show. A no-show will be treated as a late cancellation, and no refund will be issued. If you wish to reschedule, a new session fee will apply. Other options will be considered in emergent situations.

7. Client Responsibility

Timeliness and Attendance: Please make sure to arrive on time for your session. If you are late, your session will still end at the scheduled time, and no extra time will be granted unless prior arrangements are made.Providing Proper Contact Information: Ensure that you provide us with your up-to-date contact details, including a reliable email and phone number, in case we need to reach you regarding your session.

8. Changing or Modifying This Policy

Policy Updates: We reserve the right to update or modify this cancellation policy as needed. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or during a session, and they will apply to future appointments.
